Where can I go to make an informed purchase of used cell phones in St Catharines?

My wife and I picked up a used mobile phone a week ago for our granddaughter. She has been begging us for a new Samsung Galaxy Note and we thought it would make the perfect Birthday gift. We went to Mobile Tech Xpress on Merritt in St. Catharines to inquire about one. MTX had a few different Samsung phones for sale and happened to have one Samsung Galaxy Note available. We were sold! Samsung Galaxy Note and received a 90 day warranty. The staff also helped us in choosing a cover and screen protctor.
