PPV earning is not a scam by any stretch of the definition. Its hard hard hard to make real money with - I've never heard of anyone retiring on PPV except program owners - but it is NOT a scam you can earn and get paid... its just not easy and like any multi level business requires you have MASSIVE (more than the average mlm requires) downlines that are also HIGHLY active.

a lot of the PPV programs my wife ever got involved in turned out to be scams...only one paid out.

Honest ways
Money can be made in any way, As for PPV if you have enough traffic and the offer is good enough the yes you can make good money.
The hard part is getting accepted by the PPV networks in order to find a good offer to promote.
