The VACUCAM ® Automated Slurry Process addresses fast and efficient handling and incorporation of dry spice active ingredients along with water and liquid additions. The Vacucam ® Ejector is installed on a batch mix tank. The controls automate the addition of batch water and liquid additions then sequentially communicate and blend the accurate batch amounts of spices and other small active ingredients, salt, starches, etc. for a quick and total mix. Systems can accommodate spice blends or specific spices. After all the batch liquid additions and dry active ingredients are blended in the batch tank, the controls immediately switch the appropriate transfer valve to the appropriate meat mixer and pump the mix through a header pipeline to quickly and evenly disperse in the meat mix.
