The compensation plan is a 3X7 forced matrix, and this is one of the main reasons why there is such a frenzy of people joining. With any forced matrix, the people that get in early will almost always have some form of what the industry calls “spill-over”. This is where when the matrix is filling up left to right, and hits the right wall, the next available spot will then spill-over on the next level down. This is why the majority of low tier, or ‘low-cost’ start-up programs use the forced matrix type model. Because of all the excitement it brings to the table. The matrix does n0t pay out a single percentage for all levels, this is actually how it is broken down: Level 1 – $1 (3 positions = $3) Level 2 – .80 (9 positions = $7.20) Levels 3 and 4 – .10 (108 positions = $10.80) Level 5 – .05 (243 positions = $12.15) Level 6 – .10 (729 positions = $72.90) Level 7 – $1.10 (2187 positions = $2405.70) There is also a matching bonus, and here is how that works with this plan: recruit 3 affiliates = 10% matching bonus on personal matrix commissions recruit 6 affiliates = 25% matching bonus on personal matrix commissions recruit 10 affiliates = 50% matching bonus on personal matrix commissions The Inspired Living Application is a low cost opportunity and offers inspired and motivational videos weekly and is delivered through an app on your phone or tablet that anyone can gain access to (as an affiliate) starting at $9.95 per month to become a qualified ‘cash earning’ affiliate. Now there is a retail customer aspect to it that costs $6.95 monthly, but you wont be able to participate in commissions, you simply get the app. Same with the free option if chosen.
