So true Ben! Just had an hour long learning session at a local Karate business, and they talked about posture too! I truly believe that when we strengthen our core, we help to improve our posture.
Look at the root cause of the back pain. Much could depend on why you have the pain in the first place. Instead of just taking an anti-inflammatory medication - while it may help in the short run. Seek to know what is the main cause first & try to resolve it this way.
