If you desire to add years to your life, research shows that you should begin a routine jogging program according to the findings of a 46-year study in Denmark. The findings are significant in that if you jog lightly for only one hour to two and a half hours per week you may stretch your life by just over 6 years if a man, and just over five and a half years for a woman.
