The advantages of breathing exercise

Blood circulation around the alveoli gives out carbon dioxide and collects oxygen. Oxygenated blood reaches the cells and gives oxygen to the cells. This oxygen is used for oxidizing glucose. In this process carbon dioxide formed as a product is carried by blood to the alveoli. This air is exhaled in same pathway.
