An real life Andy Capp

When i worked on our local council,there was one character,who could have been a clone of the cartoon character ,even down to the signature cap that Andy used to wear,and just like  Andy he was a shiftless layabout,Officially his job was to go out in a tractor with a trailer and collect the rubbish from remote areas,outside the regular dustcart  routes but the only times that he was guaranteed to be seen was at the clock in and clock out time for the time in between you would have needed the help of Sherlock Holmes to find him
