Reason Rank Fluctuation

In recent times I have noticed that Google showing different search result in between 2-3 days. For an example a keyword which is stood on 16 dated 27th November same one stood 92 on 30th November. Anybody could describe the reason behind it. I am too worried about that and waiting for members reply. Thanks in Advance
