Robot file in Worpress

Hello all..one of my site is on word press and is not indexing in google..showing the msg that its is blocked by robot....,but i have block only admin folder which should be block...,what i should do any suggestion..should i remove the robot file..?? Will it harm my folders and file of site..??..someone pls answer...
