Looking for serious people.....

I am working directly with the owner/developer of a marketing system that has teamed up with a company that has been around for over 80 years but never had the kind of marketing tool's we have created. I am looking for 3 strong leaders ( or people wanting to take control) that can be around long term, this is not a get rich fast, and we are building for a long term one business and hard work for the next 10 month to earn 100k.
