According to physicists, when you are charged with energy at the office you knock off that "to-do" list in a fraction of the time.  Boosting mental and physical energy is the key to success.  1.   Every adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. Just by getting a healthy 7 to 8 hours of sleep tonight will allow you to experience a radical shift in your productivity tomorrow. 2.   Drink at least 8 ounces of water  and stay hydrated at all time.
