With the way lot of people eat in today's times it is probably safe to say that we are seriously lacking in an area of our diets where we should pay closer attention to fiber. We've read the articles, heard it from doctors and seen it all over T.V. to assure we are eating the daily recommendation; but what exactly is fiber, why do you need it, what do you eat to acquire it, and how do you get more into your diet? These are typical questions that cross our minds as we struggle to recognize the true importance of fiber and what it can do for our overall health.
