you dont use... they use to boost your account, show your account to different members to increase your fan. i have stopped my boosting two months earlier and for these two months, they don't ask for to pay ipl fee. but in december i resume my boosting and i made more than 650$. one more thing i am not going to pay them money from my account, i pay when my earning reaches matured level.

You can do everything, but you won't do anything
My IPL was turned off, I never used it, but they say I still own them money...
They are not selling you anything, so only way for them to earn is by fee's payed by members (IPL, Upgrades, Invites etc.), in order for them to earn, you must pay them more than you earn...
2nd, they first claimed that they had 2 BILLION $ investment for their website, but when IPL started, they said that they had no investment at all for 2 years.

look how ipl work. they give you 1000$ for boosting and purchasing ad. for this if they take some charge each month for that, then what is the problem. if you take loan from bank, you have to pay interest along with the money. on boosting i earned 950$ and used 900$ ipl money. so they will take their money back and remaining 50$ goes in my account. now from that 50$ i have to pay a little interest like fee that is equal to 12$ means your profit is 38$.

FanBox is no way near to facebook.
It is bloggers platform that never payed anything to anyone who I know and who used it.
I had more than 160$ and then they started IPL and erased all my earnings from before...
