Success in 2015 - a dream or a reality?

Hello, I have joined different sites this year and all of them started nicely and died out soon. My main hopes were genesis global, argent global and wwsa and all of them were interrupted, changed and became more demanding sharing less wit the members. Am I doing something wrong all along or have you had similar experiences.
