The main thing about Hits4Pay that I don't like is that unless you have quite a few active people in your downline, it takes FOREVER to reach the minimum payout ($25.00). I still actively check Hits4Pay, but I have no active members, so it takes about a year just to earn the $25

On Hits4pay you earn by logging into hits4pay.com and reading the emails in your account. They pay $0.02 per email which ads up over time. If you aren't receiving very many emails you might want to consider switching up your interest categories that you chose when you set up your account. Promoting your referral link and gaining referrals is a great way to earn way more money on Hits4pay.
