The problem is if your banned by Google it is impossible to use Adsense or get a new acct :(...

That's absoultely true. You do not want to use any traffic exchanges. You want to generate your own traffic.

Three things can help with search engine rankings:

1. Have quality content on your blog and update it on a regular basis.

2. Keywords: Use good keywords (words and phrases that people would search for in a search engine). That way, they will be able to find your blog.

3. Create backlinks. In other words, post links to your blog on other sites, forums, etc. that allow it.

Yes that's True if you use traffic Exchanges Google Adsense will Remove your Account and keep your Money At one time I had over 100 plus niche blogs up. I make much more money doing Network marketing. But I am not saying You can not make money with adsesne but if your marketing to internet marketers they will not click on your ads. The secret is a lot of fresh and original content of spend a ton of money on adwords.
