If you want to add years to your life, research shows that you should begin a regular jogging program according to the findings of a 46-year study in Denmark. The findings are significant in that if you jog lightly for only one hour to two and a half hours per week you may add to your life by just over 6 years if a man, and just over 5 1/2 years for a woman.
