Great idea Sheryl, and it doesn't have to be a workout...just active living as a family.

Here I am again with my ideas!
Allot of kids are overweight & do not get as much exercise as they should, so why not take your kids? I believe it is a great way to teach them good habits to stay healthy. Working out with Mom or Dad can improve their health & give you something in common. It's family time with even more benefits!!
