Any body in these group please tell me that, what is the sufficient criteria to perform a better SEO using off-page seo ? and How many article we should write to get better results ? this information is needy for me, so please give me your suggestion.

2-3 Articles are sufficient for a particular project. If you post more than 3 then it will not benefit for your project.
