In Nature everything is an exchange of energy, either physical and tangible or intangible. It's not because we cannot see these different forms of energy that they do not exist. We can't see radio, telephone, electricity or television signals either - but they definitely do exist. Similarly our thoughts have energy... very powerful energy.

I can say that Reiki treatments are effective and person just can benefit (there are no side effects). Practicing Reiki distance healing is a way to helping people far away. There are of course some principles to follow and will to accept the healing power. Our body heal itself, we can just stimulate the process. Anybody who wants to know more about it, just ask me. Welcome to the group Zoran. I looked up a brief description of Reiki and it went something like this: "Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. I definitely agree with you. As a Reiki Master I use the Universal energy in helping people self healing. The closer we are to nature the healthier we are.
