Business building occurs when you move forward with actions such as making some new referral partners, launching a new marketing initiative, building a new JV relationship, meeting with your clients or doing discovery sessions or strategy calls. Business fiddling is when you spend a lot of time on business decisions which will not notably move your business forward, no matter what you decide.
