Simplest methods to backlink: When you review your site url, making it clickable in your social networks, articles, permanent classifieds, links/business directories, blogs, etc you have made backlink to your site. There are groups in social networks about backlinks exchange. Group members put friends links in their sites in turn got their links put by his friends. Benefits of backlinks: * increase site traffic *increase page rank *increase sales *increase membership *increase site popularity stopandadvertise.com has many backinks and with 300,000+ alexa rank. It means that if count the whole sites in the internet, it takes that rank. Impressive. My blog has low alexa rank and only 9 site links. I have double effort to bring the rank and links up.
