In the Entrepreneurship business, we need to take a look at our leaders and ask the question, how good is the training program? do they have your best interest at heart, will they assist you in coming out of your shell? Once you find that great leader & great business that is where you will find home, look at the product and see if there is any other competition out there. Build a network that is more important than a product or the compensation plan. You can find the right leaders and the right company and of course the right compensation. Can you? Surround yourself around people like you, be willing to learn, study, look for a company that will train you, it's not about selling it's about becoming a great leader, a person that inspires other people to become great!
