More healthy Habbits! Water!

Water is good for us. Water keeps us hydrated and healthy.  Drinking plenty of water aids our bodies in many ways. Where is the water you drink coming from? Is it really healthy? Let's look at the places we get drinking water. 1. Bottled water. Recent studies have shown that bottled water may not be very healthy.  On top of that, the un-recycled bottles are terrible for the environment!  The process of making the bottles for bottled water, is very harmful to the environment. The plastic the bottles are made from may not be healthy.  Bottled water is just an all around bad choice for our health and the heath of the environment. 2. Tap water. Tap water is very economical  and environmentally friendly. The health benefits of keeping the body hydrated are many. Unfiltered tap water may contain any number of contaminants that are unhealthy. The only way to be sure the water you drink is healthy, is to get your home tap water tested for contaminants. Once you know what is in your tap water, take the necessary steps, via a filter, to remove the harmful contaminants. Look for NSF Certified filters for the best results. Keeping our bodies hydrated is important to health. We should be informed of what is in the water we drink to get the most healthy benefit. Do you know what is in the water you drink?
