Charge what you are worth. If your charge is less than the minimum amount, charge the minimum amount. The idea is to get jobs without appearing to be cheap. You also need the testimonials to continue to get jobs. Wishing you blessings.

I have been struggling to make any real money, I have made money but in six months I have made about $200,..lol with elance in three days I have made $150! or got hired for $150 worth of jobs.
