I don't know, what exactly i'm doing with my social networking profiles? I'm so confused on how to get result from social networking sites....! Help me out.

Shane, this isn't an easy answer. I can tell you how to make money off Facebook in a quicker way than most others but I cant share the free link here.
I will tell you though there is a website that hates Facebook more than I do. They run a program on the site that captures everything that people say that you can keyword promote your offer.
