Defining Your Life!
There are a number of people that I talk to from day to day who seem to be absolutely oblivious to the fact that they do have the ability to control the outcome of their life. It's not like they come right out and say it. That rarely happens, but if you listen to what people say and how they say it, you can get a pretty good idea of their belief system.
Many times it seems as if people get so caught up in the way they think their life should be that they forget they have the power to determine what their life ultimately can be.
The reality is that anyone is able to accomplish anything that they set their mind to. I know you have heard this all before, but the question is do you actually believe that it is true? The color that you see, the sound that you hear, the things that you touch and feel would not exist in your reality apart from your ability to percieve these things.
This is not some far eastern philosophy that is rooted in humanism. This is the universe as it is.
It may not seem like it but the realization that you can accomplish anything that you set your mind to is a spiritual revelation. Some people feel as though they are being punished by the creator for not being good enough. This is a natural human reaction to a universe that sometimes doesn't make sense.
I am a Christian in that I believe that God has given us the gift of Eternal life. I also realize that God has given me the ability to create my existence in that I have been made in His image. I can make decisions that will determine the course of events that will take place in my life, therefore the creative power of God is part of who I am. I am not saying that I am God. I am saying that I have God in me, just as you have God in you.
The religions of the world want to make God a ruthless dictator who wants the population of the earth to suffer under His rule, when the truth is completely opposed to this point of view.
God has given you the ability to prosper and He wants you to prosper. Life is short and in the end it doesn't really matter what you have as far as material posessions when you die. What does matter is that you use your gifts to make the world a better place.
This cannot be done if you are constantly worried about your finances. You and your family will suffer if worry enters into the equation. More often than not all people do is work, watch tv, go online, talk on the phone and sleep. This is not a full life. A full life consists of taking life in, enjoying time spent with the ones you love and not worrying about what tomorrow will bring.
You cannot use the gifts that God has given you if you are not focused on these gifts.
All you will do is live your life day to day in an endless routine and eventually your life will be over.
Make the decision today that you are going to paint a picture of your future and make that vision a reality.

Just plain honesty
Now I have heard it all.
Jesus might want me for a sunbeam but God wants me to sell vitamins!
My word. haven't I been a silly boy?
All these years I have been thinking that my relationships with other people, the way we interact and the way we support each other had quite a bit to do with the way my life has developed.
It never, ever occured to me that I lived in a vacuum and that the activities of others (let's not mention their requirements) had absolutely nothing to do with me an
