A very good thought for the day Sean. While some unhappy customers can be compared to an 'annoying itch" and safely ignored, never assume that is what your unhappy customers are. 99% of the time unhappy customers are a symptom of something wrong in your business that you need to fix. You cannot afford to ignore it if you want your business to grow.
