It appears that you can win when fighting huge corporations or things like the NHS if you have great legal advice, something that is good news for the little man. I found this blog and it gives all the advice you need to do if you get into trouble with the big boys. Sometimes life is just not fair and there is little you can do about it, but when you can, isn't it great to be able to turn the tables and get the right decision. Best to get some help I reckon and this firm seems to be a good place to start.
