The Perfect Risotto for Vegans

This risotto was developed by one of my adored gourmets Karina Allrich, the Gluten Free Goddess. It is vegan, gluten free, and although it has no butter or cheese, it is completely delicious !!. This luscious, smooth risotto is truly first-class whatever time of year it is.
