TRON what is TRON?

I have never seen TRON before and it looks like it is a Scifi movie or Fantasy. Has anyone seen the original or the new one that is out? What exactly is it about? I know that before I think it is a Disney movie and I am a Disney person I just have never seen this and want to know more about it.

Hi Lori,

I saw the original, I was in my 20s. I know, I'm not a young pup anymore. :)
IIRC, forgive me for some forgotten details, I saw it once more than 25 years ago.

The bad "guy" in TRON was the MCP, the Master Control Program. It was taking control of the "computer world" and was about to expand into ours. One of the heroes sees that coming, tries to stop MCP by programming something to counteract MCP's efforts. By some "techno" trick, MCP brings that hero into the its virtual world.
