The ALTA 8 from Freefly is an octo-rotor arrangement UAS for airborne cinematography. Developed to work in conjunction with a MoVI gimbal (offered separately), the ALTA 8 will support hauls up to 20 extra pounds, making it excellent for today's lightweight movie theater cams. The ALTA 8 enables the gimbal could be placed above, as well as below, the aircraft, allowing "sky sight" shots.
