first of all u can sign in to your account then after u can post your article.on the left side of menu u can view add ons services.after click on article.
now u can visit categories for post your article.select anyone which one is related for your topic.after u just click on WRITE AN ARTICLE on right top bar.
now u can write or edit your article as u wish.
