What is Reverse marketing? Reverse marketing is when your customers are speaking or advertising your products or services to their family and friends. Why it is reverse is because it is your customers who are the end of the bargain that are doing the Job for you, out of their own will and without any payment from you! You are the one advertising to your customers to generate sales for yourself or company that is the normal marketing. But, when reverse marketing steps in, it is your customers that are generating sales for you by using the ‘word of mouth’ approach to advertise your products and services. The question you may ask me is this, ‘How can I implement it in my business.’ 1. Your customer must believe in you, your brand and company; credibility and integrity matter here.
