There has been a terrible misunderstanding with something I wrote.
There have been terrible misunderstandings with many things I have said over the last week. I am sure you have read my poor attempts at humor and I can tell by the comments I have gotten back that most didn't know quite how to take what I said.
This form of "quick comment communication" is a strange thing. How well do you know and trust the people you are working with online? How easily do you get offended or mistrust what you read?
I know in the e-dating world there are more men over 6 feet tall and natural blonds than the true national average. And I think if you were to look at US tax reports you would find there are less six figure income earners than online marketers would have you believe.
As a side note I need to admit I am in Utah with family (I grew up with 5 brothers) and when I am with family I get very sarcastic. This cynical view on life saved me much embarrassment when boys would risk life and limb to pick me up for a date.
I know that humor in writing is to be used with caution. I just tend to fall back into old bad habits when around those brothers of mine.
No not all humor in writing is bad but take my word for it sarcasm has no place in print.

im sure we all are sarcastic at times but there is truly no harm meant by it maybe some folks sense of humor isnt like others and everyone doesnot know how to accept a joke or deal with criticism either why is it that people here get so serious about stuff people post this is a social outlet and no you did not do anything wrong that is why I asked what you meant by your comment.

Hi Valerie,
Definitely no need to apologize. Sometimes a little well placed sarcasm gets the message across better than all the sugar coated words could. You don't overdo it and from what I've read, you have a good knack of knowing when & how much.
Some people will never get it...and that's okay too...
I for one, just feel you need to keep being yourself.

Wasup Valerie,
Michael here & I have read a good portion of your posts - This past week especially. And I concur with the other gentlemen who have commented here so far in that, personally, I didn't find anything wrong with any of them. Indeed, quite to the contrary, as I found each of them to be delightful & refreshing (comically & otherwise)! And for those who read them differently, I'm sorry to hear that there are still people out there with NO sense of humor!
Now as far as sarcasm in

A big lesson I need to learn in life that I have heard many times is to think before I act or say anything, but sometimes we put our foot in our mouths.
I agree that no apology is necessary. "Live and let live.."
Thanks, Stephen

I personally don't feel any apologies are in order.
Your total presence and the fact you have REAL action to your site proves that you are on the right Track..
It is a shame so many people are so "fearful" of candor and afraid to convey their feelings and are afriad to read between the lines.
You should listen to the dialogue on Our Talk Show, The Focus Society.
Definitely not Politically Correct....but a loyal audinec of thousands around the world

I had a sarcastic comment all typed in here, but deleted it just before I clicked Send. You are right, it makes life online simpler to leave it at the dinner table.
