In Slovakia, we have one from national food.Here is Recipe:Potatoes + water + old good Stove.Prepare flouer on board.Grate potatoes to the flouer.Blend together.Than make rolls, cut them on small parts-4cm long.This parts roll-flat to circles and bake on Stove.Clean stove after each 3.-5. Lokša.
