My Experience :-)
I love "Green Lemonade" which I came across in Natalia Rose's Book: "The Raw Food Detox Diet". Green Lemonade consists of a great morning breakfast which you put in your juicer the following:
Kale Lettuce or Boc Choy, Fuji Apple, Slice Ginger, One Lemon, Stalk Celery and I also add some Spinach and Asparagus...
I know you are all saying yuck but I promise it is far from Yuck... :-)
