This spicy shrimp quesadilla is a modification of a recipe that was made by a cook at a bar I used to work at here in Vegas. Wes, the cook came up with a "spicy shrimp quesadilla" just using sriracha hot sauce and shrimp and cheese and the customers loved them! We sold tons of these on my graveyard shifts all week long. This is my version of that spicy shrimp quesadilla! In my version I spice it up with sriracha and other Asian flavors and then I make an Asian Pesto Sauce which I personally guarantee will go good on anything you put it on! As I state in the video the star of the show isn't the quesadilla it's the Asian Pesto Sauce!
