Banner Exchanges

What do people think of banner exchanges? Do they work? Anyone know of good ones?   How many signups etcc have you recevied HONESTLY now from your "submitters"?

You have actually mantioned two things there - the submitters and the banner exchanges

First lets look at safelist submitters
This one is easy - do not waste any time on them!

I should know I run my own network of 20 lists and 40,000 members - submitters are a clever trick, that will achieve very little for you - they are also a nightmare with people joining with duplicate accounts, and producing lots of members who have no idea that they joined this list or that
