Philippe, you've given a very good example of what Henry Ford meant [with that quote]. The engineers concentrated of finding "fault' while Henry concentrated on finding a "remedy"... and he eventually got it.
This reminds me of when he asked his engineers to create a 8-piston engine, they kept saying they couldn't do it, he kept repeating "no excuses, I want results", they made it :)
