Just do right step: 1.chance your nutrition balance.( you need protein, vitamin,tea,ect... and i sugest you Herbalife Products) 2.drink water enought and in the right way. 3.do excercise at least 30'/day 4.have to eat breakfast evryday 5.don't eat at over 7 pm my tip: if you eat Herbalife, you will not hard to lose weight. believe me, i try. and susscefull lose fat....... thank you.
