Fastener Tray Curing System

PII nears completion of a 12,000 lbs/hour Dip Spin automated tray curing system. System will process trays loaded with coated parts. Trays are scanned and automatically tracked through the curing and cooling process. Cooled product/trays can either enter back into the Dip Spin for multiple coats or be automatically unloaded as finished product. System is designed for 100% soft handling with load and unload drops less than 300mm.
