A More Effective Welcome Message

I have been in the Quik family since the beginning.  I have a lot of referrals to the programs, but most of them don't do much. When someone signs up, I always send them a welcome message.  I used to explain the programs, tell them they could add their user ID's for all the programs in the downline builders, encourage them to contact me if they had questions. I was trying to create a relationship and at the same time give them the hint that they needed to sign up for the rest of the Quik family programs.  I never heard back from any of them, and most never upgraded or promoted. Lately, I have been sending a very short and simple message letting them know that I am a specialist, and if they will call me I will show them how to get the most benefit from the programs.  My response rate has gone up to about 50%.  The last person I talked to got the Starter package at SuccessQuik, the Copper at Revenue Magic, and joined several other programs in the downline builder. It seems that short and simple is the best.  If you give too much information, people apparently get overwhelmed and don't do anything.
