why does my ipad air keep crashing

My ipad keeps crashing on almost every app I have even though I have like 9 gigabytes left on it. My ipad even crashes on safari which I've used given that I took my google app.I 'd such as suggestions on how to stop it from crashing due to the fact that it's getting truly bothersome.
