I probably wasn't at the top of my game for this interview, but Dr. Childers more than made up for my screwups. I thought I had already covered most of the topics I planned to ask her about, and was trying to think of other things to talk about only a few minutes into the chat. Then Dr. Childers told me that she wanted to talk about the results she was having with her *patients* with low-carb. DOH!
