I recently wanted to create some splash pages to give away, so I couldn't use the templates i purchased for private use, That's when I dug up my copy of Xheader and did some nice headers, then simply framed them in an html frame and added the copy. I think they came out nice and it was all free. Google Xheader and see what you think.
