Many firms that sell to other businesses (B2B) are it seems having trouble keeping up in the mobile age. That’s what I have seen recently at least. The reasons seem to be varied, but it may be mostly because they’ve been slow to come to terms with the change in culture. It was therefore very interesting when I came across this blog about how they can improve things.
