Laughter is especially soothing on a bad day. You know, one of those days that you’re feeling off, for whatever reason.
Laughter doesn't solve everything, but it makes life a whole lot more .. easy and interesting

1. Sitcoms
Watching sitcoms is great to uplift your mood in a flash. They are widely available and they only take about thirty minutes, so you’ll be feeling better in no time.
2. Stand-Up Comedy
A good stand-up comedian can make your day hilarious.
3. Movies
I’m not a big fan of comedy movies. However, if I’m feeling blue, I love to watch them. Especially the girly ones. Bridget Jones’s Diary, for example, or Legally Blond.
