385 Yonge St Condos are coming before long to Toronto. KingSett Funds has submitted an application to the City of Toronto for just a redevelopment of eight attributes around the east side of Yonge Avenue south of Gerrard. The proposal, specially designed by Quadrangle Architects, will save the facades of two heritage-listed commercial structures, and incorporates them into the nine-storey podium of the mixed-use retail-office-residential advancement that could be proposed to climb as big as 73 storeys and 843 feet.
